The CellaCrystal PA 45 has been developed for optical temperature measurement in high-temperature furnaces up to 3200 °C for crystal growth. The pyrometer, which is based on the quotient measurement method, is characterised by a very large measuring range with a consistently high resolution of < 0.1 K over the entire measuring range. Special signal processing ensures very high measurement accuracy. The device thus meets the high requirements for long-term stability necessary for the production process. The pyrometer can be precisely aligned with the measuring point using the viewing sight or video camera.
