The CellaTemp® PX 30 is a digital pyrometer for measuring temperatures from 500 to 2,500 °C. Due to the short wavelength, the pyrometer has a very high measuring accuracy when measuring metals. A through-the-lens sighting or a laser pilot light is available for easy and precise sighting of the measuring object. Parameters such as emissivity, measuring range or smoothing constants can be set with the rear buttons. The changed parameters are shown on the LED display. In normal operation, the current measuring temperature is displayed.D87

Emissivity calculator

The correct emissivity to be set on the pyrometer is calculated from the measured value displayed on the pyrometer, the true object temperature, the emissivity preset on the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (necessary for some types).
From the true object temperature, the emissivity of the measurement object, the emissivity set on the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for types), the measured value calculated by the pyrometer is displayed.
