Pyrometer CellaCrystal PA 45

Article description

The CellaCrystal PA 45 has been developed for optical temperature measurement in high-temperature furnaces up to 3200 °C for crystal growing. The pyrometer, which is based on the quotient measuring method, is characterized by a very large measuring range with a consistently high resolution of < 0.1 K over the entire measuring range. Special signal processing ensures very high measuring accuracy. The device therefore meets the high requirements for long-term stability necessary for the production process. The pyrometer can be precisely aligned with the measuring point using the through-the-lens sight or the video camera.

Emissivity calculator

The correct emissivity to be set on the pyrometer is calculated from the measured value displayed on the pyrometer, the true object temperature, the emissivity preset at the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for some instrument types).
