Article description
The CellaCrystal PX 64 is used for temperature measurement in CVD (chemical vapour deposition) coating processes. Due to the special wavelength, the pyrometer can also be used for plasma-assisted vapour deposition.
Special features:
Measuring range 500 to 1
400 °C -- developed for measurement in the plasma-assisted CVD process -- continuous light two-colour measurement process -- no rotating filters -- high long-term stability due to minimal self-heating -- focusable lens for exact adjustment of the measuring distance -- standard feature: IO-Link interface and analogue output

The correct emissivity to be set on the pyrometer is calculated from the measured value displayed on the pyrometer, the true object temperature, the emissivity preset at the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for some instrument types).
