The PYRO Micro-Therm is a disappearing filament pyrometer for precision high temperature measurements on small targets to 0.0005. One of the many benefits associated with the PYRO Micro-Therm is that the target need not fill the entire field of view. This is especially effective when measuring targets such as wire.

The correct emissivity to be set on the pyrometer is calculated from the measured value displayed on the pyrometer, the true object temperature, the emissivity preset on the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (necessary for some types).
Berechnung des Messwertes
Aus der wahren Objekttemperatur, dem Emissionsgrad des Messobjektes, dem am Pyrometer eingestellten Emissionsgrad und der Umgebungstemperatur (notwendig bei einigen Typen) wird der vom Pyrometer berechnete Messwert angezeigt.
