Pyrometer Mikro PV 11
Article description
Intensity comparison pyrometer (successor to the filament pyrometer) for highly accurate temperature control in a measuring range from +700 °C to +3,500 °C on small and very small objects from 0.1 mm. The Micro PV 11 is used in many areas of industrial research and production, by universities and research institutes for measuring filaments, smallest metal and ceramic samples and in absorption spectrometers.
Special features:
Measuring range 700 to 3
000 °C -- large field of view for recognition of the measuring object -- sharp contour image of the measuring object -- extremely high optical resolution (objects of 1 mm can be measured at a distance of 5 m) -- measurement of very small objects from 0.1 mm -- very high measuring accuracy due to the measuring principle and the measuring wavelength -- very low influence of the emissivity

Emissivity calculator
Calculation of the emissivity to be set
The correct emissivity to be set on the pyrometer is calculated from the measured value displayed on the pyrometer, the true object temperature, the emissivity preset at the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for some instrument types).
Calculation of the measured value
The value displayed by the pyrometer is calculated from the true object temperature, the emissivity of the measurement object, the emissivity set on the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for some instrument types).
