This tool allows you to calculate the emissivity to be set on the pyrometer for a selected product or to determine the measurement deviation under changing production conditions. While setting the measurement parameters, the result is calculated and displayed in real time.
The correct emissivity to be set on the pyrometer is calculated from the measured value displayed on the pyrometer, the true object temperature, the emissivity preset at the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for some instrument types).
The value displayed by the pyrometer is calculated from the true object temperature, the emissivity of the measurement object, the emissivity set on the pyrometer and the ambient temperature (required for some instrument types).
