The 10th HärtereiPraxis was once again an excellent gathering place for heat treatment experts. Practical technical presentations, engaging discussions, and in-depth conversations about current developments in the fields of heat treatment, digitalization, and process optimization made the event a valuable industry gathering. As one of the leading manufacturers of optical temperature measurement devices, KELLER was represented as an exhibitor and presented an innovative solution for the precise temperature measurement of moving or fluctuating workpieces during heat treatment. The centerpiece of our exhibition booth was the panoramic pyrometer with a rectangular measurement field. Unlike conventional round measurement fields, it reliably captures the entire relevant temperature zone even when the workpiece position fluctuates. The result is stable and reproducible measurement values—a crucial prerequisite for maximum process reliability and consistently high product quality. The practical presentations and the in-depth discussions with users, equipment manufacturers, and industry experts were particularly valuable. Discussions about current challenges, future requirements, and market developments have once again demonstrated that innovative measurement technology is a key success factor for efficient, sustainable, and high-quality heat treatment processes. Based on the 2025 results, we were able to improve our status from 84% Bronze to 87% Silver. This places KELLER HCW in the top 15% of all assessed companies.

We are proud of this – and it serves as an incentive to continue on our path with determination. Our next goal: Gold status by 2027.
